Super Bowl XLV Black Eyed Pea Dip

Super Bowl parties are known for their dips, chips and beer:) I'm not saying I expect you to ditch EVERYTHING fun and eat (for example) raw broccoli while your friends and family are indulging. What I am saying is that even at times like these you that you can find a middle ground. It does not have to be all or nothing. If you eat a chip you don't have to eat the whole bowl...and the pizza...and the brownies...and have a 12 pack of beer.  You can practice moderation. You CAN have a few healthy options available, load up on those and ALSO have some fun.

Try the dip below with some crackers and veggies and maybe you'll be more inclined to skip the tortilla chips and nacho cheese:)
